I don’t always find the time (or motivation) to attend yoga classes in person, but I’ve just finished Beth’s amazing 20 is Plenty online yoga challenge at home. Every morning for the last 20 days I’ve loved each of Beth’s inspiring and varied 20-minute yoga videos. I now feel so good physically and emotionally that I’ve paid for annual membership to Beth’s ever-increasing online yoga and meditation video library. I can access the yoga challenges or other energising, strengthening and relaxing yoga sessions wherever and whenever I want. I’ve also signed up for Beth’s yoga retreat in Bali next year. Can’t wait!
